COUNTRYSIDE LITTLE LEAGUE BOARD OF DIRECTORS The local league Board of Directors, elected from and by the adult members of the league, is a group of volunteers responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league within the rules, regulations and policies of Little League. LEAGUE CONSTITUTION
The Countryside Little League Constitution spells out the duties and responsibilities of the officers of the board, definition of membership, election procedures, meeting requirements such as quorum, etc. Every two years at the Annual General Membership meeting (held in late July), the constitution is approved by the members of the league.
